• Location information: If you allow location access, the app may use your device location to show local weather or related location-based information inside the app.
• User content: If you create custom prayers, custom sets, or other saved content, that information may be stored with your account.
• Purchase and subscription information: If you purchase Zambuling Pro through Apple App Store or Google Play, we may process subscription status, purchase history, and transaction-related records to activate and maintain your access. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
• Device and local app data: Some information such as your selected language, reminders, favorites, and app preferences may be stored locally on your device and/or synced with your account where relevant.

2. How We Use Information

We use information only for purposes related to the app's functionality, including:

• Creating and maintaining your account
• Displaying your profile information inside the app
• Enabling sign-in and authentication
• Saving your preferences, prayers, and personal content
• Enabling reminders and notifications
• Supporting optional profile photo upload

• Verifying and restoring purchases
• Activating and maintaining Pro subscription access

• Supabase for backend services, storage, and database functionality
• Apple App Store and Google Play for subscription billing and purchase verification

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Zambuling Pro subscriptions are handled through Apple App Store and Google Play.

• Payment information is processed by Apple or Google through their own systems.
• We use purchase and subscription status information only to verify, activate, restore, and manage Pro access.
• For users in Nepal, some premium access may also be granted through manually verified payment flows and redeem codes.

5. Notifications

If you enable notifications, Zambuling may send reminders and practice-related notifications. You can change notification permissions at any time in your device settings or inside the app where available.

6. Location Access

If you choose to allow location access, Zambuling may use your precise location for app features such as local weather display. Location access is optional and can be turned off in your device settings.

7. Photos and Media

If you choose to upload a profile photo, Zambuling may access photos or images that you select. This is optional and only used for profile functionality.

8. Data Retention

We retain account-related data only as needed to provide the app's services, maintain subscriptions, support saved content, and operate the app securely. Data stored locally on your device may remain there until you remove the app or clear it through your device.

9. Children's Privacy

Zambuling is not intended to collect personal data from children knowingly beyond normal app usage. If you believe personal information has been provided improperly, please contact us.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data. However, no service can guarantee absolute security.
